          Mr Quek was appointed to the Board on 19 December 1988, and was re-elected as Director at the Company’s Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) held on 28 October 2021.

          He was appointed as Chairman of the Board and the Company on 14 October 2022.

          In Sept Carmen married Quek Kon Sean, 34, son of Tan Sri Quek Leng Chan of Hong Leong Group fame.
